Baidya Nath Weighing Machine Co. (TYCOON) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of electronic weighing scales, operating this website to sell weighing equipment for commercial, industrial and retail use across India.

4Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications and pricing. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors, and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund where payment has been made
• Availability of products is subject to stock; we will inform you if an ordered item is out of stock

5Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment until payment and stock are verified.

• Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay; TYCOON does not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders, subject to order value and quantity limits; where applicable, an advance payment is collected online and the balance is paid in cash on delivery
• You are required to provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address details to ensure successful delivery

6Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders in a timely manner across India through our courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping is free across India unless stated otherwise on the product page.

7Cancellations, Returns & Replacement

Order cancellations are handled as per our Cancellation Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect products delivered to you are covered under our Replacement Policy, which includes a 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery, subject to its terms.

8Warranty

Applicable TYCOON products are covered under a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, as indicated on the relevant product page. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

9Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the TYCOON name, logo, product images, descriptions, and design — is the property of Baidya Nath Weighing Machine Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
